KELU IT

[ services / managed it ]

managed IT support, minus the call queue.

Helpdesk when things break, ongoing management if you want it — from the one engineer who actually knows your setup, because he built it.

Kelu IT looks after small and mid-sized Sydney businesses the way internal IT would, without the headcount. You deal with Luke — the same person every time — for everything from a password reset to a server that won't boot. Work is hours-based with no lock-in contracts: you pay for what you need, and if a task shows up three times it gets automated instead of re-billed. On-site across Sydney, remote everywhere else, and Brisbane and the Gold Coast get visits too.

asked before, answered straight.

can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes — and without drama. We audit what you have, get admin access handed over properly, document everything, and only then start changing things. Your old provider doesn't need to be cooperative for this to work.

do we need a monthly contract?

No. Work is hours-based — ad-hoc when something breaks, or ongoing management if you want IT handled continuously. Retainers exist for businesses that want priority, but nothing is locked in.

are small jobs okay?

Completely. A single stubborn laptop, one email problem, a printer with opinions — small jobs are how most clients start.
