what this covers.
This page is about the keluit.com.au website. Our iPhone app, Billable, has its own (even shorter) policy — it collects nothing at all.
the forms.
The contact and support forms collect exactly what you type — name, email, and optionally company, phone, app version and your message. It's delivered to our mailbox by Resend (our email provider) and used for one thing: replying to you. No marketing lists, no sharing, no selling. Ever.
analytics.
We use Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless, anonymised page counts so we know which pages people read. No advertising IDs, no cross-site tracking, no profiles.
cookies.
We don't set any. There's no cookie banner because there's nothing to consent to.
hosting.
The site runs on Vercel, which keeps standard, short-lived server logs (like every host) to keep the platform running and secure.
