+can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes — and without drama. We start by auditing what you have, get admin access handed over properly, document everything, and only then start changing things. Your old provider doesn't need to be cooperative for this to work (though it helps).

+what areas do you service?

On-site across Sydney. Remote support anywhere in Australia — and Brisbane / Gold Coast get in-person visits too.

+how fast do you respond?

Usually same-day, mon–fri 8:00–18:00. Existing clients get emergency support when something's genuinely on fire outside those hours.

+do we have to sign a big contract?

No. Some clients want ongoing management, some just need help when things break, some have one project in mind. The arrangement is shaped per client — no pushy lock-ins.

+we only need help with one thing — is that ok?

Completely. Plenty of engagements start as “can you just fix the wi-fi” and stay exactly that size. Smaller projects are welcome.

+microsoft or google?

Microsoft — on purpose. 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune are where we're genuinely deep, and we'd rather be excellent at one ecosystem than mediocre at two.
